Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Assoc. Prof. Han Vinh Huynh and Asst. Prof. Utkur Mirsaidov on the exploration of methods for selective etching in the pursuit of improving the fabrication of interconnects in semiconductors. To achieve this a detailed understanding on the (redox) chemistry of various current etching methodologies is crucial. Synthetic skills and knowledge in molecular chemistry is advantageous. In addition, s/he will assist the PI in overseeing daily operations of the lab and training junior lab members.
Qualifications
• Qualifications / Discipline: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Chemistry or Materials Science.
• Skills: Synthetic skills in organic and inorganic chemistry.
• Experience: Experience in molecular and surface science including hands-on experience in various analytical techniques ( NMR, MS, TEM, SEM, XPS, etc.)
