Job Description

The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Radiographer position in the Clinical Imaging Research Centre, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.  The Clinical Imaging Research Centre (CIRC) offers state-of-the-art clinical molecular imaging facilities that include hybrid-PET (Positron Emission Tomography) modalities of PET/ MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and PET/CT (Computed Tomography). Appointments will be made on a 2-year contract basis in the first instance, with the possibility of extension.

Objective of the role is to conduct PET/MR, PET/CT imaging research studies using human volunteers.
1.    Preferably with clinical experience in PET-CT and/or MR imaging to perform PET-CT and/or MR imaging on subjects of different age groups independently.
2.    Possess sound knowledge of imaging technicalities and clinical anatomy to produce good quality diagnostic images.
3.    Responsible and meticulous to do daily quality checks (QC) on all equipment, to ensure QC records are properly kept and essential equipment is well-maintained.
4.    A team player in assisting day to day organization and management of CT/MR-PET projects.
5.    Has strong interests in research, keen to learn and to set up new scan protocols.
6.    Training in PET-MR imaging will be provided for those without prior such experience.
7.    Candidates with relevant clinical experience may be considered for the senior position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiography and must hold a valid registered license with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
•  MRI radiographer who has knowledge in Nuclear medicine or is keen to learn PET-CT and PET-MR imaging.
•  Nuclear Medicine technologist with experience in MRI and CT is preferred. 
•  Have a sound knowledge of imaging physics (MRI, PET, CT, etc) and human anatomy. 
•  Strong communication on skills and have the ability to share ideas and knowledge.
•  The candidate should be able to work independently, be organized and have demonstrable attention to detail.
