We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive, Learning Technology to join our Digital Learning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks related to education technology, learning support, and system enhancement within the context of medical education.

The role involves using digital learning technologies, offering system support such as troubleshooting tickets and performing maintenance, and providing learning support for high-quality educational content. A strong understanding of educational technology and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in conceptualizing and implementing technology-driven learning solutions are essential.

Responsibilities:

User Journey Mapping and Educational Technology Evaluation

  • Generate diverse user journey maps for different scenarios

  • Contribute actively to team projects evaluating educational technology

LAMS Sequence Management and Workflow Automation

  • Ensure accurate and timely creation of Learning Activity Management System (LAMS) sequences for Team-Based Learning (TBL) sessions

  • Collaborate on workflow automation to streamline the LAMS creation process

Learning Support, Consultancy, and Training

  • Provide learning support, consultancy, and training to faculty and staff on utilizing learning services and applications to enhance teaching and learning

Content Collaboration and Quality Control

  • Collaborate with content experts to create high-quality educational videos and digital content

  • Perform rigorous quality checks on produced video clips and digital content

Continuous Learning and Technological Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in digital learning and education technology

  • Explore new technologies, pedagogical approaches, and best practices for organizational improvement

Team Collaboration and Platform Support

  • Collaborate within the team to provide support for platforms and software as needed

Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma in IT or related discipline and equivalent in Educational Technology or a related field in Education or Training.

  • Proven experience in educational technology and learning support.

  • Experience working with educators and education departments is preferred.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for process improvement.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational software.

  • Knowledge of IT Service Management Framework and processes.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

This is a contract appointment till 31 March 2026.
