Senior Executive, Dean's Office (Education-Curriculum) - (2-year contract)

Purpose:
You will be part of a dynamic team in NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, to organize, plan and execute curricular programs/initiatives across all medical years of the undergraduate program. You will also provide administrative, secretarial and logistical support and guidance to the Education Committees and other stakeholders, to facilitate effective implementation of the curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Planning Implementation and of curriculum scheduling matters and New Initiatives/Programs in 5 years of medical curriculum
• Point of Contact (POC) for Phase Committees pertaining to curricular and non-assessment activities
• Oversee curricular activities anchored by the Programs Team in Phase III
• Point of Contact (POC) for Inter-Professional Education (IPE) Committee
• Oversee reimbursement of seed funding for IEA
• Other responsibilities which includes but not limited to:
  • Provide support for other curricular programs anchored by the team across other Phases
  • Provide cross administrative support for all theory and clinical examinations
  • Execute any other administrative duties that may be assigned for the delivery, review, evaluation, and improvement of undergraduate medical curriculum
     

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Candidates should ideally have at least 1 year of work experience
• Knowledge of medical sciences or working experience in the health or events industry would be advantageous
• Highly self-motivated individual who is mature, independent and adaptive
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment with multiple timelines and stakeholders 
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Tact and discretion in handling sensitive information
