Job Description

 

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI), thereby creating social and economic impacts, grow the local talent, build an AI ecosystem, and put Singapore on the world map.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous individual to fill the position of an Executive, Talent Operations.

Reporting to the Head, Talent Operations, the incumbent is a critical member of the team in ensuring efficient operations and the seamless end-to-end administration of our programmes.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:


•    Coordinate events and programmes which include activities relating to registration of participants, confirmation of instructors and classes, setting up of venues/classrooms, catering for food and liaison with related parties to ensure the smooth execution of each event/programme.
•    Attend to enquiries via telephone or email.
•    Track applications and other follow-up activities including invoicing and matching payments from participants.
•    Manage the recruitment process of programmes.
•    To onboard learners onto our LMS courses / groups.
•    Monitor the learning analytics for various programme and highlight exception cases for actions.
•    Coordinate with engineering team on the delivery of the learning content.
•    Familiar with AISG LMS for Learner management.
•    Prepare information to submit applications for funding / grant.
•    Support documentation required by funding agencies / grantor.
•    Collate data, maintain databases and prepare reports for various purposes, including generating programme evaluation/feedback reports and statistics for classes conducted, gathering market research information on training areas of interest and upkeeping a database of comparative courses offered in the market.
•    Undertake other duties as required
 


Qualifications

•    Degree or equivalent preferred
•    Preferably 1-2 years of related working experience
•    Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude
•    IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications
•    Excellent coordination and organisation skills, with a customer service mindset
•    Independent worker who is able to multi-task with a keen sense of urgency
•    Strong team player, resilient, resourceful, and works well under pressure
