Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated candidate, with expertise in robotics technologies and control, for research in soft robotics. The selected candidate will be assigned research activities in the field of assistive soft robotics. Specifically, the candidate will study the use of a soft robot arm in personal assistance and its control when interacting with users and environment. Candidate technologies are robot control techniques, model-based and learning-based, and expertise in this field would increase the candidate's potential for success. The work will imply the use of common modelling and control tools. The candidate will be requested to conduct experimental research.


Qualifications

PhD degree, expertise in robotics, soft robotics, actuation technologies, robot control.
