The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow. 

The Research Fellow will work as part of the research team at CCEB under the LCER project – Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carriers (LOHCs) Technology for Singapore. The Research Fellow is expected to complete the research tasks assigned and proactively participate in assisting the daily operation of the dedicated research laboratory.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and conduct experiment.

  • Supervise PhD student.

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the research lab.

  • Procure chemicals, consumables and research equipment.

  • Write research papers.

  • Report to research supervisor.

  • Report to the program-level research team.

  • Report to industrial collaborators.

Job Requirements: 

  • A PhD degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline from an internationally reputable university with a good publication record.
