The School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering (MAE) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop computation modeling of natural composite materials
Apply the research to inform the experiments and work closely to other researchers
Collaborate with tams and mentor students
Write research papers in peer-reviewed journals and present the work internationally.
Job Requirements:
A Doctoral Degree in Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biology or other related field, with experience and knowledge in the following areas: computational modeling and simulation, optimization tools and analytics modeling.
A distinguished record of academic experience, work, and/or research in these fields.
Evidence of excellence in research in interdisciplinary projects and works.
Evidence of active involvement and motivation in collaborative research.
Excellent communication in oral and writing in English language.
Be able to work autonomously in a well-organized manner.
