Research Fellow (Mechanical Engineering)

The School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering (MAE) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Characterize and investigate the failure mechanisms of IC packaging systems at the atomic level

• Write research proposals

• Publish research results in reputable international journals

Job Requirements: 

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering/Materials Science/Physics/Chemistry

• Proficient in various materials charaterization techniques

• Good communication and writing in English

• Excellent teamwork awareness

• Strong responsibility for research/work
