The School of Materials Science & Engineering (MSE) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.
The Research Fellow will investigate effects of probiotics on pathogenic bacteria, and subsequent encapsulation of the probiotics in suitable biopolymers.
Key Responsibilities:
Bacteria culture, and microbiology-related studies.
Development of encapsulation systems for probiotics.
Laboratory responsibilities and mentoring of students.
Job Requirements:
PhD in Materials Science and experience in microbiology
Team-player who will is also willing to mentor students.
Candidate would require experience and skills in microbiology.
Experience/knowledge in encapsulation systems or biopolymers is required.
