Skills: Management science and incentive mechanism design for decarbonizing urban operation
Qualifications: PhD degree in management science, computer science, electrical engineering, or applied mathematics. Should have multiple publications in top conferences/journals in business/engineering journals, computer science, electrical engineering, networking, experiments, and system optimization. Fluent in oral and written English.
Experience: Expertise in research in algorithm design and distributed network optimization using machine learning, stochastic modelling, optimization, management science, or game theory. Should be good at applying mathematical modelling and computation algorithms to large-scale networks.
