A Research Fellow position is available in the Centre for Micro and Nano-Electronics, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The Research Fellow will support the research for the project titled: “Mutual Interaction between Two Pairs of Electrodes with Distinct Electrochemical Potentials Elaborate”.

Job Description:

The Research Fellow will work on a project to study and develop the electronical circuits for a novel relative motion sensor. The roles of this position include:

  • Electric circuit design for detection of ~ pA current signals

  • Electric signal processing for suppressing the noise level and enhancing the S/N ratio of the signals

  • Electric signal pattern recognition, etc

Job Requirements:

  • PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field

  • 1-year research experience in related area

  • Solid background of circuit design

  • Be able to carry out weak electric signal detection, signal processing and signal pattern recognition, etc.

  • Knowledge in circuit design for ~ pA current detection, electric signal processing and electric signal pattern recognition, etc  

  • Proficiency in English
