The School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE) invites applications for the position of Research Assistant.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for conducting a comprehensive evaluation of existing vulnerability detection techniques

  • Responsible for designing and developing new vulnerability detection framework which is more scalable and more accurate

  • Responsible for building deployable systems based on the research results

  • Responsible for writing research papers of high quality based on research results

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science & Engineering or other related areas

  • Experience on open-source security analysis and software security

  • Familiar with security vulnerabilities and their attacking principles

  • Skilled programming on mainstream languages including Python, C++ and Java

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
