Experience in developing microfluidics-based delivery system. biocompatible soft materials, nanoencapsulation, microfluidics and lipid nanoparticle research are some of the preferred requirements for this position. This role will also provide opportunity to lead and develop sub-projects, in-line with the vision of the program which is the development of broad-spectrum and targeted mitigants for industry representative bacterial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and characterization of broad-spectrum lipid, peptide, and glycan-based mitigants
3-D scaffold fabrication using new bio-materials and characterization of the same
Design, post-processing, and biomimetic cell culture environments for 3D scaffolds
Scalability and reproducibility of bioactive 3D scaffolds for large-scale manufacturing
Critical interpretation and application of experimental results
Collect and prepare data/ information/ proposal required for research-related grant call process
