Job Description

 

We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Post-Doctoral Research Fellow to join our team focused on experimental development of ammonia cracking catalysts, reaction engineering and related low carbon technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in sustainable energy technologies and advance ammonia cracking technology for gas turbine applications.

 

The contract will be one-year and can be renewable depending on the performance and mutual agreements.

 

The responsibility of these posts include:

 

1. Design, synthesis, and conduct experimental tests of ammonia cracking catalysts.

2. Design and operate reactors for ammonia cracking with waste heat recovery.

3. Conduct related projects on low carbon fuels as requested by PI.


Qualifications

 

1. Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Strong background in heterogeneous catalysis or reactor design.

3. Strong publication record in renewable fuel synthesis or, proven expertise (paper or patent) on reaction engineering.

4. Knowledge of ammonia cracking catalysis.

5. Excellent communication skills in English setting, both verbal and written.

6. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research team.

7. Commitment to maintaining a safe laboratory environment and adherence to laboratory protocols and safety procedures.
