  • Use standardised checklists to conduct and report observations across relevant settings (eg., in preschool classrooms or home settings) as part of our project evaluation efforts
  • Participate in, and contribute to, regular team meetings with project lead and stakeholders
  • Work closely with preschool leaders, educators, community leaders, children and families involved in our projects
  • Comply with the ethical requirements for the conduct of research-related activities and undertake required training where necessary.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project reports, research papers, and other publications as required

Qualifications

  • At least a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with a practice component (e.g., Education, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counselling, Health Sciences)

  • Willingness to undertake further training in coaching strategies and research-related activities
  • Ability to communicate in a second language (eg., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or other dialects) is a plus factor due to the profile of the community members involved
  • Experience in providing coaching or mentoring for practitioners (social science or health providers) or educators is desired

Position and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
