A Research Associate position is available in the Protective Technology Research Centre, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. We are looking for a suitable candidate with the capability of structural fire engineering and development of concrete materials.

Job Description:

• Investigation of fire performance of several types of concrete materials

• Investigation of fire performance of concrete structures

• Working on structural fire engineering

• Conduct numerical simulations on structural behaviour under fire

• Development of sustainable concrete materials 

Job Requirements:

• Master degree in Civil Engineering

• Experience in development of concrete materials

• Experience in structural fire engineering

• Investigation of fire performance of several types of concrete materials

• Investigation of fire performance of concrete structures

• Working on structural fire engineering

• Conduct numerical simulations on structural behaviour under fire

• Development of sustainable concrete materials
