Project overview: This project aims to design and develop 3D mapping, localization, control and coordination algorithms for wharf side operations. The mobile robots are required to navigate in tight spaces in a dynamic environment with moving trailers and also coordinate their movements with each other. 

Job Responsibilities:

+ Develop 3D mapping, localization and control algorithms in simulation and on real mobile robots
+ Implement SLAM algorithm with multiple sensors
+ Implement centralized task coordination with two mobile robots
+ Demonstrate the mapping, localization, navigation and coordination capabilities on real mobile robots in a real wharf side environment

Job Requirements:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Robotics or Computer Science
+ Proficient in C/C++, Python, ROS and Gazebo
+ Knowledge of mapping, localization, control and coordination algorithms
+ Knowledge and experience with Linux and git is an advantage
+ Good written and verbal communication skills in English
