Project Officer (Circular Economy)

The Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) invites applications for the position of Project Officer. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Setup rigorous protocols and characterize composition of silicon solar panels and their components

• Develop and execute experiments aimed at the extraction and recovery of materials embedded within silicon solar panels

• Curating and managing experimental data, and assist in preparation of reports, presentations, technological disclosures and manuscripts

• Be in charge of laboratory equipment and maintenance

• Take up additional responsibilities by being part of laboratory safety and management team

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor in chemistry/engineering/material science or related fields is required.

• Familiarity with material characterization techniques would be advantageous.

• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.

• 1-2 years of working experience would be advantageous.

• Willingness to learn, with adaptability and flexibility to take on required/necessary tasks beyond the job description

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work cohesively in a team whilst sharing resources

• Excellent organizational skills including attention to details

• Strong interest to learn about new technologies
