The National Institute of Education invites suitable applications for the position of Post-Doctoral Fellow on a 24-month contract at the Natural Sciences and Science Education Academic Group.

Project Title: Membrane Disinfection of Water [RI 1/21 EAH]  

Project Introduction: This project focuses on developing new membrane for disinfect of water.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a PhD in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), Chemistry, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
• Experience in membrane separation with relevant publication.
• Excellent track record of publication with i10-index more than 20 based on google scholar.
• Able to work independently, pro-active, result-driven.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate research within NTU in line with its research strategy and under the direction and supervision of the Principal Investigators and Collaborators.
• Publish research outcomes in appropriate journals of international standing and publish and disseminate the result of research in other reputable outlets.
• Write reports and present research data to grantors
• Prepare research proposal
• Lead and train PhD students and undergraduate students on relevant membrane separation projects
• Other administrative duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator (PI).
