Part-Time Lecturer for DN1011 Form and Visualization

The School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, invites qualified candidates to apply as Part-time Lecturer for DN1011 Form and Visualization. The Part-time Lecturer is expected to teach an undergraduate course commencing in January 2024.

This Year 1 Foundation course follows from DN1003 Foundation 3D. It continues an introductory level studio-oriented design workshop aimed towards drawing, design visualization and form-making. There is a practical exploration of design conception, visualization and making involved, towards the formation of objects, installations and spaces.

Candidates should have at least a Master’s and/or PhD in Art, Architecture or Design related field with a track record of design and creative practice. Any past teaching experience at Undergraduate Level is preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a Design field and sufficient relevant industry experience may also be considered in exceptional cases.
