The Temp Operation Executive will be responsible for providing and supporting the Office Administration services to the University.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management

  • Responsible to conduct asset verification, data recording, tagging and audit Estate’s assets. Details of the works encompasses:
  • Asset sighting, counting and verification
  • Record of assets that are beyond repair to be disposed
  • Asset data reconciliation as at Dec 2021
  • Compile and manage Asset Inventory System of low valued assets ($500 to $1999.99 per item)  that is held under Estate’s custodian. E.g. furniture, workstation, office equipment, pantry equipment, measuring instruments. Details of work encompass:
  • Low valued Asset match with DO
  • Low value Asset tag generation
  • Low value Asset tagging
  • Low value Asset inventory database upkeep
  • Low value Asset verification
  • Low value asset Data reconciliation
  • Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Asset audit and sighting
  • Self-driven and team player. Observant and fast learner.
  • Physically active.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as EXCEL , WORD and POWERPOINT .
  • Nitec or Diploma in Business Services, Business Studies, Service Skills or equivalent.
  • Occasionally staff may be expected to work on Saturday or Sunday which will be compensated by an off day during the work week.
