Job Description
- Promote and support NUS Enterprise initiatives through various digital marketing and communications channels, as well as online/offline events.
- Conceptualise and execute marcoms-related projects such as micro-videos, videos, campaign-related collaterals, marketing assets for various programmes.
- Help with content writing and editing of articles.
- Support the Marcom team in updating the media and social media tracker for analysis and reports.
- Assist in sending Kopi Break, the circular introducing new joiners to the department.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
This is an hourly-rated position.
Qualifications
- Experience in marcomms roles (either full-time / part-time / internship) and possess a Diploma, “A” Level, or other relevant certification.
- Basic designing skills, and able to use design software (ie Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
- Able to write well and capture highlights from speakers at events Basic Microsoft office competency (ie Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Basic video editing skills, and able to use video-editing software ( ie Premiere Pro, Movie Maker etc.)
- Able to operate a DSLR for photo and video taking.
- Good command of English – strong verbal, writing and editing skills.
- A meticulous and resourceful individual. Able to learn, work and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
