Manager/Senior Manager, Undergraduate Education

You will be part of the Undergraduate Education unit working with the Associate Provost (Undergraduate Education) to advance and coordinate undergraduate research opportunities and experience across the university.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Associate Provost (Undergraduate Education) in duties related to the development, advancement and coordination of undergraduate research
• Implement reforms and enhancements to the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Programme (UROP)
• Liaise with deanery representatives of NUS Faculties and Schools to adapt UROP enhancements to their curricula and programmes
• Coordinate support for NUS Faculties and Schools to implement UROP enhancements
• Manage and coordinate UROP Teaching Assistants to work with faculty members to advance the pedagogy of teaching undergraduate research
• Coordinate publicity campaigns to promote UROP enrolment by undergraduate students and UROP awareness among faculty members

• A good university degree, preferably in Arts, Business Administration, Communication Studies, Science, or Social Sciences
• Interested in advancing undergraduate education
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in managing undergraduate education programmes
• Organized, meticulous and able to work independently
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-player who is able to work well with faculty members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
