This position is to work with the team in the development and maintenance of the University’s fundraising database; as well as systems, tools, and applications to help drive fundraising engagement initiatives.

He/ She will ensure the integrity and comprehensiveness of the fundraising information and determine how to translate data into usable, actionable information for the formation and execution of fundraising engagement strategies and measures of success.

He / She will also assist in managing the gift processing process, operating, enhancing, and developing new processes, as needed, in meeting Users' evolving needs.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the team in the development and implementation of new and effective applications or systems to help drive fundraising engagement strategies. 
  • Work with the team on data management ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and efficiency of the fundraising database in compliance with SIT’s Data Governance Policy, Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy, and industry best practices.
  • Responsible for producing reports, analysing trends and translating them into actionable information.  
  • Responsible for project managing and generating updated donor stewardship reports
  • Assist in managing divisional budgets and procurement processes.
  • Support other areas of Advancement and Alumni work as needed. 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, management information systems, finance or accounting and at least 8-10 years of work experience.
  • Experience in advancement operation and data security management, PDPA will be a great advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including ability to analyze and interpret data and statistical models.
  • Ability to manage databases, design reports from databases and develop new applications; knowledge of Raiser’s Edge preferred. 
  • Good report writing skills; strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills; ability to work both as a team-member.
