Reporting to the Deputy Director, the incumbent will manage the Centre’s overall strategic plan and activities in publicity, marketing and communications, including providing professional guidance and expertise in event management and special projects. He/she will also help to establish and build good relations with stakeholders, internal & external partners, government agencies, local corporations and foreign universities.

Key Responsibilities:

Publicity, Promotional and Marketing Collaterals

  • Plan, manage and implement Centre’s publicity and marketing plans and budgets

  • Assist to oversee the development and production of publicity, promotional and recruitment materials, including NCPA annual reports, degree and executive development programmes brochures and newsletters.

  • Develop and write content for the Centre’s websites including event reports, updates of the Centres ongoing and new programme initiatives development.

E v ent  Management

  • Plan, coordinate and assist to manage the Centre’s major events held annually including Lien International Conference event, forums and opening/closing events for Degree programmes, and executive training programmes

  • Work and coordinate closely with President’s Office and other relevant offices for events involving senior management of the University.

External Relations

  • Maintain and develop effective communication as well as good relationship with the relevant offices on campus including President’s Office, Event Office, Corporate Communication Office, and Development Office, etc.

  • Plan and coordinate the visits by external parties from foreign universities, government institutions and corporations, etc.

Responsibilites:

  • A recognized Degree. 

  • Possess strong professional techniques, skills and experience pertaining to copy-writing/editing, publicity material preparation and event organization.

  • Effectively bilingual in both English and Chinese as NCPA offers programmes in both languages.

  • Good experience with media, public relations and event management firms/vendors

  • Website-related skills and experience will be an additional advantage.
