Job Description

The Asian Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF) is a university-level institute in the National University of Singapore (NUS), jointly founded by The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the National Research Foundation (NRF) and NUS. AIDF aspires to be a thought leader, a FinTech knowledge hub and an experimental site for developing digital financial technologies as well as for nurturing current and future FinTech researchers and practitioners in Asia.


AIDF will build the FinTech leadership pipeline for Asia through offering Master’s and PhD program in Digital Financial Technology, skill based FinTech Professional Trainings as well as Fincubator Program. Fincubator is AIDF’s business incubator which will help inventors and entrepreneurs to translate innovative FinTech solutions into market-ready products and services. The candidate will work on a wide range of tasks including event management as well as marketing and operational management.

 


Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

 

  • Managing operations and organizing training programmes and events.

  • Organizing marketing activities and promotions.

  • Preparing events and training programme materials.

  • Engaging in outreach activities via AIDF’s website and social media.

  • Setting up designated venues, booking facilities, final set-up inspection, as well as preparing of any other event logistics.

  • Communicating with faculty, staff, clients and participants to ensure smooth delivery of the programmes and events.

  • Coordinating and administering training programme schedules and timeline management.

  • Analysing and tracking program KPIs and driving efforts to improve program performance and outcome.

  • Providing support to the Head of FinTech training for all operational matters and proactively addressing and resolving matters in terms of event and programme delivery.

  • Collaborate with FinTech Training Director to develop new curriculum offerings. 

  • Engage with Industry stakeholders such as institutional clients and trainers. 

  • Lead the execution of FinTech Training.    

  • Guide and coach junior team members .

 


Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in educational institution, event management, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Fast learner.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments within the University.
