Responsibilities:

  • Assist to manage the maintenance and operation of Mechanical services (Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas, Fire protection).

  • Assist to plan and manage the maintenance capital and operating budget.

  • Assist to manage and supervise the term contractor schedule and unscheduled maintenance works.

  • Project management for mechanical infrastructure upgrading projects.

  • Supervise the contractor site installation works for mechanical infrastructure projects.

  • Trouble shoot and provide solution to resolve mechanical services fault.

  • Provide technical support and advice to development projects and Repair & Redecoration projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in building, facilities management, mechanical engineering. At least 5 to 10 years work experience in building services, M & E consultancy or relevant experience in construction industry.

  • Familiar with MS-Office, such as Excel, word and power point for analysis and reports

  • Familiar with local code of practice for building related works.

  • Good knowledge of building mechanical services.

  • Project management skills as you need to work across over with other projects and different department

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with other stakeholders.

  • Dynamics, resourceful, self-motivated individual who can work independently
