Job Description

Provide prompt and personable Hostel Admission services to students as part of the Student Service Centre.
•    Provide assistance to students’ queries via phone, email and counter, while maintaining service standards.
•    Guide students through hostel applications
•    Guide students through process for acceptance of hostel offers
•    Answer enquiries related to campus housing
•    Handle feedback from students
•    Provide advice on hostel appeals and off-campus housing options
•    Troubleshoot technical issues with students
•    Liaise with Hostel Admission Services to resolve students’ requests swiftly.
•    Evaluate hostel appeals and provide appeal results to students.
•    Ability to distinguish when to escalate a case, and follow through from start to end. 
•    Access reports and compile data.
•    Any other general administrative support duties that may be assigned from time to time. 


Qualifications

•    Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism or related qualification
•    Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service position
•    Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Possess strong interpersonal skills, and creative problem-solving skills
•    Able to cope with pressure and tight timelines
•    IT savvy with proficiency in MS suite of tools
