The Management Assistant Officer is one of the key staff in IREUS as he/she provides strong administrative support to the institute.


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Working closely with business partners in the areas of finance and procurement
  • Assist in pre- and post-events planning, logistics and on-site execution.
  • Provides administrative and logistics support for all meetings/events and manages conference room booking system.
  • General office management i.e. office equipment and supplies, postage, smartcard system.
  • Administering and tracking of office assets.
  • Unit Incident Commander role for the institute.
  • Any other roles assigned by the Director as and when deem necessary.

Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Meticulous and attention to details.
  • Able to work effectively as a team member, as well as independently.
  • Responsible and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications.

 

(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience)
