Management Assistant Officer (2-year contract) - 00DRM 



To be part of the O&G Department's Undergraduate Education Team and provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth running of the Undergraduate programme.


  • Booking of workshop, lecture and tutorial rooms.

  • Work with the roster team, division secretaries and tutors to prepare the student posting roster.

  • Manage the student learning management system called Entrada by uploading and updating the student learning schedules, learning and self-assessment materials.

  • Assist to set up equipment for student’s hands-on workshops.

  • Set up and support Zoom tutorials for tutors.

  • Sourcing and ordering of teaching equipment and keep track of equipment loan to students and teaching staff.

  • Monitor student submission of Assessments and tutors input of scores online via Entrada.

  • Call for, maintain and update the question bank for Formal End of Posting assessments.

  • Work with the UG Director to select the assessment questions.

  • Enter the selected assessment questions on the Assessment system called Exam-soft.

  • Assist to set up and run MCQ and OSSE online exam.

  • Submit student posting scores by extracting the marks from Entrada and Exam-soft into the Excel template, meticulous double checking to ensure accuracy, seek UG Director for a last check and endorsement, finally, uploading of marks into the school's marks portal.

  • Liaise with O&G Undergraduate counterparts in SGH and KKH.

  • Assist in 4th MBBS Clinical Skills Examination by preparing and set up equipment, marks monitoring.

  • Assist to check the final Clinical Skills Examination scores before posting on the school's marks portal.

  • Manage and co-ordinate with the Dean's Office for the Overseas Electives students joining the department.

  • Manage and co-ordinate with the NUH Medical Affairs (Education) for Job shadowing of JC students, including arrangement of posting dates, roster students to the tutors and prepare student name tag.

  • Assist to manage the Year 4 medical students posted to the department for Student Internship Programme (SIP) between April to June.

  • Assist to book meeting rooms in the Tower Block for Department/Division CME-certified Meetings.

  • Cross covering of administrative duties during leave.



    • Diploma with minimum 4 years' experience in Education/Administration.

    • Strong communication and organisation skill.

    • Willing to learn and function well under pressure.

    • Proactive and independent.
