We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the Programme Operations team for our Executive Education and Graduate Programmes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all operational activities related to our continuing education and graduate programmes. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management skills to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality educational experiences for our students.
Job Description
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support the goals and objectives of the Executive Education and Graduate Programmes.
- Lead the Programme Operations team in planning and executing all aspects of programme delivery, including course scheduling, student registration, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with Directors, Practice Chiefs, Programme Chiefs and teaching staff to ensure that programme offerings meet the needs of our diverse student population.
- Monitor programme performance and evaluate key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of programme-related policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support programme delivery and enhance the student experience
- Provide leadership and guidance to programme staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance to team for student inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in executive education and graduate programme management and evaluate for adoption / adaptation.
Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor's degree in a related field with minimum of 15 years of experience in programme operations or a related field, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong understanding of the higher education landscape, including continuing education and graduate programme trends and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for continuing education and graduate programmes.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and technologies used in programme management and administration
