FACULTY OPENING FOR HUMAN ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY AT THE SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

Applicants should possess:

  • A PhD in Anatomy, Physiology or equivalent medical/science degree from a reputable university
  • Experience in developing and delivering curricula using innovative methods.
  • Extensive professional experience in the discipline.
  • Good track record in obtaining research grants and in publications.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and student support.
  • The appointee will be expected to:

  • Develop and teach Anatomy and/or Physiology modules at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, as well as other modules related to the applicant’s area(s) of expertise.
  • Undertake funded clinical research and scholarly activities.
  • Supervise students in applied learning and research activities.
  • Participate in student advising
  • Manage anatomy and/or other related laboratory operations
  • The appointee will also be provided with paid leave to undertake consultancy work with the healthcare industry and/or spend time attached with the industry.
