Job Description
  • Handle customers' enquiries and administer enrolment
  • Administer the entire programme operations including the process of learners' applications, manage admissions process, administer module enrolment, manage students' feedback and provision of students' support services
  • Assist in the collation and preparation of reports
  • Provide any other administrative support as assigned by the supervisor and Head of Department 
  • Streamline and improve work processes to enhance experiences of key stakeholders 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree of Diploma holders with relevant experience 
  • At least 2 years of working experience, prefarably in an education institute 
  • Well organised with good monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and service oriented
  • Self driven, resourceful and excellent team player
  • Proficient with MS Office applications especially Excel
