Job Description

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).


The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.


AI Singapore LearnAI is at the forefront of driving AI education and innovation. As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as an Executive / Senior Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the development and implementation of our program goals, while also spearheading marketing strategies to enhance program awareness and participation.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Program Development and Implementation:
    - Collaborate with key stakeholders to define program goals, objectives, and strategies.
    - Assist in the development and implementation of innovative and effective programs.
    - Ensure seamless execution of programs, meeting high-quality standards.
     
  • Comprehensive Marketing Strategies:
    - Devise and execute robust marketing strategies to elevate program visibility.
    - Create engaging promotional materials and campaigns to attract diverse audiences.
    - Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to maximize outreach.
     
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    - Act as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and program participants.
    - Foster positive relationships and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
    - Gather feedback to continuously improve programs and enhance stakeholder experience.

    • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field or equivalent practical experience.
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, prior roles in Singapore government agencies and educational institutions will be advantageous.
    • Proven experience in program development, implementation, and marketing.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Familiarity with AI education and innovation is a plus.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic, a start-up work environment.
