Job Purpose
To support the Executive Education Singapore Futures unit in the development and delivery of Future-related executive programmes, consultancy projects, and community-engagement events.
Job Description
- To support in the delivery of futures-related executive education programmes online and in person, predominantly in Singapore but may occasionally be overseas
- To support in the delivery of futures-related consultancy projects, which include drafting project proposals, contracts or agreements, delivery of the projects, and and
post-programme reports
- To coordinate and run future-related community engagement events, e.g. workshops, competitions, webinars, and other community events
- To undertake futures-related research activities and support content development
- To support in the marketing of futures-related events and programmes, as well as outreach and engagements with our internal and external stakeholders
- Other roles and duties as required by Head of Department
Qualifications
- Minimum university degree, preferably in a social science field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Outstanding fresh graduates may also apply.
- Knowledge or experience in futures thinking, scenario planning, public policy, strategic planning would be an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Sound IT skills, including MS Office, CRM, Online Learning Platforms, and Database Management
- Excellent team player, proactive, motivated, and willing to travel or work beyond office hours when needed.
