The National Institute of Education invites suitable candidates to join the Psychology and Child & Human Development Academic Group as an Executive. This is a 3-year contract position.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the administration and management of the Graduate Programmes by Coursework.
- Overseeing the faculty declarations of Conflict of Interest for the department.
- Assisting with the administrative aspects for the Centre of Assessment and Evaluation (CAE).
- Designing posters for departmental events.
- Any other work as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- A Polytechnic Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel and Word) as well as different communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Ability to leverage creative expertise to design visually compelling event posters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working in an educational environment would be an advantage.
