Executive (Postgraduate Research Programme)

•    Oversee the full cycle of graduate coursework (MSc) Programmes. 
•    Work with the NUS Registrar’s Office and the Department’s Postgraduate Committee to administer the Non-Graduating Non-Exchange (NGNE) applications. 
•    Organise, plan and execute the postgraduate seminars. 
•    Work in close liaison with the Department’s Postgraduate Committee, Examiners, Supervisors and Students on the Doctoral Qualifying Examinations.
•    Other ad hoc assignments

• General degree, preferably with relevant work experience
• Good interpersonal skills and work well as a team
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the tasks assigned with initiative
• Adept in using Microsoft Office and online meeting tools
