Job Description
- Assist in the planning and execution of video and creative content from ideation to final.
- Work on experiential photography and videography, social media creatives, event and teaching excellence videos.
- Post-production and editing of all photography and videography.
- Post and manage all videos and creatives for publication on various media platforms, including social media.
- Manage and organize media files including video footage, images, and backups.
- Plan and manage the production schedule and ensure timelines are met.
- Work closely with internal and external parties such as the teaching excellence team in recording blended learning videos.
- Assist creatively in the layout of the locations being photographed and create an indoor broadcasting studio setup for production purposes.
- Assist in planning and organizing external photography and videography resources where needed on projects.
- Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Undertake design projects from time to time when required.
- Perform any other ad hoc work duties as and when assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia/ Video Production or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in video production and content creation.
Have a proven track record in video editing, photography, and digital/ graphic design and creation.
Proficient in Video Editing Software, Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
Creative and passionate about creating stories and messages through video and creative visuals.
Technical knowledge of professional lighting and videography equipment.
Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organize and collaborative - a team player, yet able to project manage independently.
