ABOUT THIS ROLE 
We are looking for motivated individual who would like to be part of the team to 
• Drive and implement learning and development initiatives and ensure alignment with key requirements from the business plan, strategy and employee development plans
• Conduct learning and development needs analysis and co-design programme content where necessary 
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end operations including scheduling, communications, survey analysis and status reporting related to the assigned initiatives
• Provide advisory to the HR community and management where appropriate

Qualifications

• At least 6-10 years of experience in Learning and Development and/or HR Business Partnering. Candidates with deeper experience will be considered for more senior role. 
• Demonstrated ability in end to end program management. 
• Collaborative and influential in partnering with HR Business Partners as well as line managers to gain buy-in and alignment around key priorities.
• Strong interpersonal communications effectiveness, including verbal, written, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Resourceful, hands on and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
