Job Description
- Work with faculty and vendors to perform needs assessment, planning, design and delivery of instructional materials.
- Provide helpdesk user support and resolving feedback received on CIT’s educational technology systems and supported software. For example: LMS Tools, self-recording software’s, synchronous activities support, pre-production planning for video recording, etc.
- Explore technologies and review to enhance the existing service via upgrades or alternatives.
- Develop, design and conduct trainings/workshops/seminars on a variety of educational technologies for faculty, staff and students. Participate in outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Basic degree preferably in Computer Science or related fields with at least 2-3 years of working experience in educational technology and instructional design field.
- Sound understanding of User Experience and User Interface concepts. Able to do rapid prototyping and wireframing based on user needs.
- Strong collaborative work ethics, as person will need to work with different teams.
- Must have some programming skills. A strong visual design and development skill is desired with a flair for creativity and exposure to image, audio and video editing tools.
- Exposure in AR/VR development will be an added advantage but not required.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, reliable and proactive.
- Only Singaporeans will be considered.
