Job Description

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

 

The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore’s AI efforts.

 

We are looking for a specialist proficient in WordPress and LearnDash to manage the operational performance of AI Singapore’s digital learning platform daily and support the program manager and AI engineers to ingest and publish their AI learning materials.

 

Additional duties include managing the accreditation and certification process and identifying opportunities to enhance curriculum effectiveness and managing other WordPress sites belonging to AI Singapore.

 

  • Manage content ingestion, edits, and uploads of new AI courses

  • Manage upkeep, review, and refresh of existing AI courses and related content

  • Support the delivery of hybrid in-person and online training

  • Create and implement training for internal teams on how to use the platform

  • Synthesize analysis of curriculum take-up rates and learner assessment trends

  • Act as Tier 2 support for learners needing help to access or complete courses

  • Work with website team to integrate WordPress plugins, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues


    • Qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience performing system administration including availability, security, and maintenance of WordPress sites
    • Experienced with learning management platforms, LearnDash experience will be advantageous
    • Experienced with related WordPress and WooCommerce plugins and integration.
    • Experience using behavioral data tools like heatmaps, click maps, user testing and online surveys to drive test ideas and share findings.
    • Familiarity with web standards, web analytics and SEO
    • Related degree or diploma
