Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the accounting for all internal and external research grants.
  • Create research project account and maintain research budget
  • Ensure all claims and payments are compliance with grant terms and conditions
  • Maintain proper records of research expenditure and timely submission of grant request, reporting of grant status and annual audit
  • Liaise closely with faculty and grantor to ensure that research grants are properly setup

Requirements :

  • Possess a Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Experience handling research grants would be an advantage.
  • Independent, resourceful, diligent, meticulous and a good team player. 
  • Must be a team player with positive work attitude and good communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12/SAP and Microsoft Office especially Excel would be an advantage.
