iTrust, Centre for Research in Cyber Security at SUTD, seeks to hire a qualified individual to fill the position of Deputy/Manager. He/she will report to the iTrust Center Director or nominee to assist in:

  • Day-to-day iTrust office and lab operations and administration;
  • Managing an R&D programme office as a role of a grantor (call for proposals, secretariat to technical and steering committees to review and award projects, consolidate and disburse claims etc.); and
  • Publicity and outreach efforts (newsletter, website, visits, internships etc.

    • An ideal candidate would be an independent and resourceful individual with project management (finance, HR, reporting, administrative) and events experience.  Interactions with faculty, staff, as well as personnel from the government and industry will form part of the duties of the Deputy/Manager, so good interpersonal and communication (writing, presentation etc.) skills are required.

    Applicants must have acquired:

  • a degree in any field; and
  • at least 3-years of work experience with demonstrated abilities of the above duties.

    • Knowledge in cyber security, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or technology translation and transfer is advantageous though not mandatory.
