Concur Team Lead - 00DJ3 



We are seeking a NUS Team Lead who under moderate supervision will manage the Concur system to perform expense report reviews and approvals as outlined in the Travel & Expense Reporting Policy.

As the NUS Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Concur administrators in supporting the end-to-end NUS Concur system.

  • Serve as a Concur expert on features and functions for Travel, Expense and Mobile platforms, promoting a positive experience.

  • Provide guidance and training to Concur Processors, NUS Concur Trainers and Users regarding company Travel & Expense policies and procedures.

  • Assist with workflow management in Concur including monitoring unassigned and unapproved transactions.

  • Serve as the main contact for developing a quarterly University-wide Concur newsletter.

  • As ASC - Work directly with SAP Concur customer support to resolve system related issues.

  • Perform accounting functions including, but not limited to generating reports, journal entry creation, general ledger reconciliation, cross system reconciliations and other duties.

  • Responsible for Concur setup functions including creating expense types, validating expense account coding, adding new branch location(s) as needed and updating employee profiles.

  • Monthly expense export/import and upload to accounting system.

  • Own and maintain NUS T&E policies, accounts related policies and internal controls.

  • Maintenance and development of Concur System Business Rules, Custom Reports and Configuration topics like Data import, List Management, Email Reminders, Receipts handling, Company Car mileage, Workflows.

  • Work on the daily Interface and monitor the Data flow between Success Factor and in Concur.

  • Creating the test cases for checking functionality in Sap Concur system.

  • Documentation on Business Process Flows, Functional Specifications, Test scripts and Preparation of End-User Training manuals and recordings for user convenience.



Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience working for a large organisation

  • 3 or more years of Concur or similar expense reporting tool experience functions in a fast paced, high growth global environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic accounting/accounts payable

  • SAP S4 Hana working experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to create Pivot Tables and V-Look ups in Excel

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including previous exposure to senior management and the ability to present information accordingly

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
