Young and research intensive, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) is ranked among the world’s top universities.

Economics under the School of Social Sciences (SSS) consists of 27 full time faculty members, and offers programmes in levels of undergraduate, MSc in Applied Economics and PhD in Economics. NTU Economics hosted the primary Asian Meeting of the Econometric Society on 28-30 July 2023. 

Associate Professor/Full Professor in Economics 

The School of Social Sciences at NTU has an opening for an Associate Professor/Full Professor position in Economics. We are looking for candidates in the fields of macroeconomics. Strong candidates in other fields may be considered as well.

The successful applicant should have a distinguished career as an outstanding educator and researcher, and an acknowledged leader in his/her field. Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration and public engagement will also be valued. The successful applicant will be expected to oversee curriculum review and reform, drive student recruitment, mentor junior faculty, formulate research strategies, and provide leadership within the subject area and the university community.

Emoluments
