  • Enhance SCELSE’s visibility as an international leader in research in environmental life sciences engineering, in particular, to understand the behaviour, structure and function of microbial biofilms, microbial communities and microbiomes.
  • Actively collaborate with faculty and researchers with existing strengths in the research domains of SBS, SCELSE and NTU.
  • Obtain extramural research funding.
  • Contribute to, support and develop teaching and educational activity at undergraduate level and teach undergraduate and graduate classes at SBS.
