The incumbent will be a member of the Curriculum Planning & Development team under Office of Education, supporting all aspects of administration for the SUTD Technology Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP) and the Undergraduate Teaching Opportunities Programme (UTOP).

Roles and Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as engagement of visiting faculty, overseeing financial processes, and all other STEP matters.
  • Manage the UTOP administrative tasks, such as calling for student-initiated proposals, UTOP UTA requests and applications, handling the program's finances, and all other matters.
  • Serve as STEP and UTOP's main point of contact, handling questions from faculty, staff, and students.
  • Assist deputy director in the development of processes and actions to maximize program operation efficiencies.
  • Any other matters as necessary for the smooth operation of the programs and overall Curriculum department, such as coordinating logistics, scheduling of meetings, minute writing, and other administrative support. This may include providing ad-hoc support beyond the STEP and UTOP programmes.

Interested applicants should possess the following:

  • Relevant Diploma and above in any discipline, preferably with minimum 3 years related experience in a similar capacity.
  • Team player with a high level of initiative, able to work independently and enjoys the dynamism of working in a small team environment.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills are required.
