Job Description
  • Work with Quantum Engineering Programme (QEP) team to develop work systems and processes that effectively drive QEP’s mission.  
  • Strategise and plan publicity efforts to promote QEP activities.  
  • Ensure compliance with grant T&Cs and oversee all audit and reporting requirements to Grantor and Stakeholders.   
  • Monitor progress of all funded programmes/projects and track progress to ensure all QEP KPIs are met.  
  • Oversee and monitor programme budget and expenses.  
  • Ensure smooth and proper functioning of all research programmes and initiatives.  
  • Plan and organise events logistics (eg. conferences, industry and academic events) 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. 
  • Adaptable and excellent organisational and time management skills.  
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Attention to details.  
  • Proactive problem solver.
