Job Purpose
The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is looking for an Assistant Manager for the Thought Leadership and Strategic Communications. The incumbent's scope of work includes developments to enhance brand awareness and stakeholder engagements through content mapping and distribution to various platforms including handling media relations.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads for the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy
  • Handle queries from the media and the LKYSPP general enquiries mailbox
  • Coordinate across functional teams and faculty on the collaborative delivery of an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan
  • Develop and maintain editorial governance so content is consistent with the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy mission, vision, voice, style and tone
  • Manage all creative resources including designers, writers and other agency personnel to ideate content in various formats (articles, videos, infographics, etc)
  • Channel management of digital hubs (such as lkyspp.nus.edu.sg/gia) and all supporting social channels
  • Manage third-party partnerships and content collaboration
  • Track and analyse results to identify opportunities and enhance performance
  • Manage project budget against overall content efforts to demonstrate effective allocation
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
  • Possess a Degree from a relevant discipline (or its equivalent) 
  • Possess over 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably creating content for the web and/or some experience in media relations 
  • Possess an editorial mindset and copy-editing abilities to create content for target audience interest and consumption trends 
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written/verbal skills and presentation skills 
  • Possess project management skills and proven track records in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels in a complex and dynamic environment 
  • An independent worker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
